HELP DESK FACILITY AT DGFT -Please submit your export/import related issues

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Subject: “Help Desk” created by DGFT to address the export/import related issues

We would like to inform member companies that a Helpdesk has been operationalized by DGFT for export/import related issues being faced due to Covid-19.The Help Desk can be accessed using the following link: DGFT HELP DESK

All the issues related to Department of Commerce/DGFT may please be submitted online using the following link: SUBMIT YOUR QUERYA reference number will be issued for each request to enable exporters track the status. 

Alternatively, the member exporters can also fill the attached proforma spreadsheet for the purposes of listing and forwarding the 'Covid-19 related Import/Export Issues' and send the filled proforma to dgftedi@nic.in.

In case, the member companies want to send any supporting document/screenshot etc, it may send these to dgftedi@nic.in quoting your reference no. (which you would get after submission of your request) in the subject line of the email.

A toll-free number 1800-111-550 is also provided for the convenience of the member exporters.

Members may please also take note of the HELP DESK facility and post your queries online.
