IPHEX is one of the major initiatives of Ministry of Commerce and Pharmexcil to usher positioning of Indian pharma as the most affordable, sustainable and high quality compliant.

To create business opportunities, we would be inviting over 750 business visitors in addition to regulators from all over the world. The following profiles are expected:

STALL RESERVATION:

With an objective to provide equal opportunities and a greater ease of access, stall booking will be done online for better transparency. 

Members registering and blocking the stall will get a username and password for the online communication.

·   Mandatory online booking of stalls at (site link)

·   Online booking opens on 16^th December 2019 at 2.00PM

·   Minimum made up stall will be of 9 sqms.

·   All the bookings will be made on first come first serve basis.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

·   Computer generated invoice will be available immediately after reservation.

·   The initial booking amount i.e 50 % of the total amount is to be paid within 10 days after the date of stall booking. (Failing which reserved stalls will be released without prior notice. You are required to update the payment status online in the given format using your login id and password.

·   The second instalment of remaining 50 % should be paid latest by 20^th January 2020.

·   New Bookings done after 20^th January will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment within 7 days of booking.

·   Payment done against stall reservation will be non – refundable. You may kindly go through the detailed payment terms online.

Note: Members/group companies are required to refrain from blocking stalls at various locations in different company names.  Council exercises its right to release such bookings, without any notice to the members, unless a written confirmation is received from the members stating that they wish to exhibit in all the locations reserved by them.

The overall floor plan and individual hall plans would be available for online booking from 13th December 2019. Online booking will open at 2.00PM on 19^th December 2019.
