Sub: MULTI-PRODUCT BUSINESS DELEGATION TO BELGIUM & LUXEMBOURG, 1-7 DECEMBER, 2019 byFEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANIZATIONS (FIEO)

We are pleased to inform you that FIEO is planning to mount a Multi-Product Business Delegation to Belgium & Luxembourg of select Indian Companies in the first half of December 2019. The objective of the delegation is to boost India’s exports to Belgium & Luxembourg and interact with the prospective buyers through focused B2B Meets.

India-Belgium trade relations have been growing steadily in the last few years & have been traditionally warm and friendly. Both countries have maintained close contacts with each other in various international forums. The bilateral trade figures in 2018-19 between Belgium & India stood at USD 17.19 Billion over the corresponding figure of USD 12.20 Billion for the year 2017-18 with an increase of 40.97%.

India & Luxembourg have had a longstanding cooperation since many years. Both countries are working to identify the areas of mutual economic interest and bilateral trade promotion. The bilateral trade figures in 2018-19 between Luxembourg & India stood at USD 161.98 Million over the corresponding figure of USD 64.63 Million for the year 2017-18 with an increase of 150.63%.

The focused sectors will be Auto Parts & Automobile, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Textiles (Ready Made Garments, Apparels Carpets, Accessories etc.) Gems & Jewellery, Precious Metal, Food & Agricultural Products (Tea, Coffee, Rice, Marine Products etc.), Footwear, Rubber, Plastics, Engineering, Iron & Steel Products, Machinery, Construction etc.

Participation Charges:

FIEO’s is pleased to offer subsidized participation fees of Rs. 3,25,000/- per person per company.

Participation fee includes the following:

·   B2B Meetings in Belgium & Luxembourg

·   Hotel Stay in Belgium & Luxembourg (Single occupancy-3*/4* and above)

·   Airfare (Economy Class) for per person (Delhi-Brussels-Delhi)

·   Inter City travel (Belgium & Luxembourg)

·   Local and Airport transfers

·   Meals (Breakfast & Lunch)

·   Visa Recommendation
