Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Inviting suggestions/inputs/difficulties faced while exporting to Argentina and other LAC countries

We understand from some of our member companies that they are facing difficulties with respect to product registrations in Argentina and plant inspections by National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT). We request member companies to submit the issues /suggestions (tariff and non-tariff barriers) being faced while exporting to Argentina in detail to take it up with the concerned Ministry.

Further, members are kindly aware, Pharmexcil is taking a business delegation to Peru, Chile, Bolivia and Mexico during 17^th August to 2^nd Sep.2019, we would also request the members to submit the tariff and non-tariff barriers pertaining to Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Mexico for appropriately taking up with authorities during the forthcoming business delegation visit.
