Review of countervailing duty against import of Dicloxacillin Sodium from India to Mexico

Dear Sir/Madam,
Members who are into export of Dicloxcillin Sodium to Mexico may be aware that based on a complaint from one of the local companies, Mexican Government had imposed a Countervailing duty of 64.9% on imports of Dicloxacillin Sodium from India.
In this connection, Council received a communication from Indian Embassy in Mexico stating that Mexican Economy Ministry is reviewing the alleged damage due to import of Dicloxcallin Sodium from 1.8.2012 to 30.6.2017 and advised affected Indian exporters to file their defenses on or before 15th September 2017. Copies of communications received are attached here for reference.
