Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Training Programme on "Foreign Trade with GST Perspective" conducted by PHARMEXCIL  on 20th September, 2017 at Bengaluru.

 

We take this opportunity to inform our member-exporters that Council is conducting a one day training programme on "Foreign Trade with GST Perspective" at Bengaluru on 20th September, 2017.

 

The objectives of this Training Programme is to resolve the unanswered questions/doubts of member-exporters with regard to Exports with GST Perspective with the implementation of GST from 1st July 2017.

 

Following topics would be covered during the Training Programme:

Training Programme is divided into 4(four) Sessions covering the following Topics:

a)   Introduction of Faculty & Subject of   Training by  PHARMEXCIL.

b)   Definition of GST - For Exporters / Importers with understanding of the term export under the new GST Regime.

c)   Zero Rated Supply.

d)   Procedures & concepts of LUT / Bond.

e)   Refund of IGST paid on Exports & Refund of Input Tax Credit (ITC)

f)    Export Documentation

g)   Export Incentives

h)   New Factory stuffing procedures

i)    Import & Duty Calculation.

Participation fees

Rs. 2360/- (including 18% GST) for PHARMEXCIL members (the package includes Study material/Lunch, Tea/Coffee)

Admission is restricted strictly to the first 30 participants to devote personal attention to the participants. Members are therefore requested to reserve their seat in advance along with payment of Rs 2360/- either by NEFT transfer / Cheque / D.D  in favour of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India payable at Hyderabad / Mumbai.

 

Admission will be confirmed on receipt of participation fees only and not by email confirmation.

 

Since the seats are limited and on first-cum-first served basis, spot registration will not be entertained.
