Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to our circular no PXL/HO/Cir-059/2019-20, dtd. 20th September 2019for submission of Pre - budget Proposals for the year 2020 - 21.

Council has requested all the member-exporters to provide suggestions for inclusion/deletion / modifications of any Direct and Indirect Taxes in the Union Budget 2020 - 21

Since the deadline for submission is already over, we  request our members to submit requested inputs in the suggested format by 27th October 2019.

We are enclosing our earlier circular dated 20th September 2019for information.

We request to provide the inputs as per the format enclosed at the earliest, in any case not later than 27^th October 2019 to enable the Council to submit the same to the Ministry for consideration.
