Subject: Short Notice Service – Proposal for Imposition of MIP on imports of Sulfadiazine

With reference to the subject concerning the imposition of Minimum Import Price (MIP) on imports of Sulfadiazine API, the Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade, DGFT, New Delhi has recommended conducting extensive consultations to thoroughly review the proposal and assess its impact on all stakeholders involved. Accordingly, a consultation meeting has been scheduled.
