Subject: Register your Participation: Pharmexcil Business Delegation (Physical) to Kenya, Ghana and Angola (BSM – Africa November 30 – December 09, 2026).

We would like to bring to your kind notice that Pharmexcil with the support of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing Business Delegation (Physical) to Kenya, Ghana and Angola during BSM – Africa, November 30 – December 09, 2026. The delegation visits and dates have been confirmed by the Indian Mission in to Kenya, Ghana and Angola.

Africa continues to represent a significant market for Indian pharmaceutical products, offering substantial opportunities for further expansion of India’s pharmaceutical exports across the region. Considering the nature of the region falling into the focus area for pharmaceutical exports from India and the potential for Generics and APIs, Pharmexcil proposes to organize a Business Delegation (physical) to Kenya, Ghana and Angola during November 30 – December 09, 2026

Following is the tentative schedule for the Delegation

·         Kenya             :           November 30-December 01,2026

·         Ghana             :           December 3 – 4, 2026

·         Angola            :           December 7-8, 2026

As part of the Business Delegation, Buyer–Seller Meets (BSMs) will be organised in each of the three countries, along with meetings with relevant regulatory authorities and prominent trade associations. The detailed BSM schedule and information regarding other meetings will be shared in due course.

Theparticipation fee is Rs. 1, 50,000/- per companyfor the BSM’s across all three countries. The participation fee includes BSM arrangements at all destinations. Each additional delegate participating from the same company will be required to pay Rs.75, 000/-

Members are required to complete the mandatory Registration Form through the Google Form (LINK),providing all requisite details in the prescribed format, latest by 30^th September 2026.

Upon submission of the Registration Form, participants are required to remit Rs. 1,50,000/-in favour of “Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India”and share the payment details with accounts@pharmexcil.comand rodelhi@pharmexcil.com. The relevant bank details are provided below.

Please note that participation will be consideredconfirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed participation fee on or before 10^th October 2026.

The proposed flight itinerary, hotel details and applicable tariffs, finalised in consultation with the Indian Missions abroad, will be communicated in due course.

The proposed destinations are subject to change, modification, or cancellation, based on the advice of the concerned Indian Embassy/Mission and in view of any unavoidable circumstances or travel restrictions.

The participation fee is non-refundableand shall be refunded only in the event that the programme is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of the concerned Indian Mission or the Council.
