Subject: Register your Participation: Pharmexcil Business Delegation (physical) to Egypt, Algeria and Morrocco during January 12-21,2026.
We would like to bring to your kind notice that Pharmexcil with the support of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing Business Delegation to Egypt, Algeria and Morrocco during January 12 until January 21, 2026. The delegation visits and its dates have been confirmed by the India Embassies in Egypt, Algeria and Morrocco.
India’s drugs and pharmaceutical exports stood at US$ 30.46 billion in FY 2025. Africa is one of the major importers of Indian generic medicines with an approximately USD 12 BN generic market. AFRICA offers great potential for Indian pharmaceutical products and our exports during the FY 2024-25was USD 3933 mn contributing about 12.91 % of the total pharma exports from India.
Considering the nature of the region falling into the focus area for pharmaceutical exports from India and the potential for Generics and APIs, Pharmexcil proposes to organize a Business Delegation (physical) to Egypt, Algeria and Morrocco during January 12-21,2026.

Departure of Delegation
|
As part of the Business Delegation, Buyer Seller Meets will be organized at each country along with meetings with the Regulatory officials and prominent trade associations. The details of the BSM schedule and other meetings will be shared soon.
PARTICIPATION DETAILS:
Participation fee is Rs.1,00,000/-for BSM in all three countries. Participation fee includes BSM set up at all Destinations. Each additional delegate joining from the same company is required to pay Rs 40,000/-
Members are required to submit a mandatory Registration form via google form (LINK)with complete details as per the provided format latest by 10th November 2025.
On the submission of the Registration form, you are required to pay INR 1,00,000 in favor of “Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India” and share the payment details with accounts2@pharmexcil.com (Bank Details given below).
Members may please note that confirmation of your participation is based on receipt of the payment on or before 10th November 2025.
The suggested Flight itinerary, Hotel names and tariffs (in consultation with Indian Missions abroad) will be communicated in due course.
Destination can undergo change/modifications/cancelled subject to our Embassy/Missions advice in view of unavoidable circumstances pertaining to the travel restrictions.
Participation fee is non-refundable and can be refunded only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Mission/Council

MAI ASSITANCE
We have submitted the proposal for the proposed Africa Business Delegation under the MAI Scheme and are awaiting approval from the Ministry. Any updates or confirmation regarding the approval will be communicated to the members accordingly.
Payment Policy: No refund will be provided in any cancellation to the member under this delegation.

Visa Processing :
The e-Visa is typically processed within 3–7 working days, while applications submitted through the embassy may take up to 7–10 days.
Algeria, visa applications are processed directly at the Embassy of Algeria in New Delhi, with an average processing time of 3–7 working days, depending on documentation and embassy approval.
The e-Visa is processed online via the official portal www.acces-maroc.ma, with issuance times of 24 hours for express processing and 72 hours for standard processing on working days
An official agency will be appointed to facilitate the visa processing for the delegation.
