Subject: Recommendations for Overseas Business Visitors for IPHEX-2019 (10-12th April 2019, Helipad Exhibition Ground, Gandhi Nagar)
At the outset we take this opportunity to thank you once again for the overwhelming support to 7th Edition of IPHEX.
Over the years, the premier exhibition organized by Pharmexcil with the support of Department of Commerce have been growing in size and taking the branding of Indian pharma as Pharmacy of the World to the next level. IPHEX is now a globally recognized event and the immense support of Indian Embassies and Missions abroad. Owing to their efforts through communications to Chambers, pharma associations and FDAs, the event has already attracted large number of registrations from importers, distributers and related stakeholders. As you are already aware each applicants will be subject to screening to enable them to participate in the exhibition. We are expecting over 700 overseas invited business delegates for IPHEX-2019
Your kind support and patronage will only take this event to newer heights and become a world class platform for networking and creating immense business opportunities.
In view of adding value to the quality of business visitors, we take this opportunity to request your recommendations of overseas manufacturers / buyers / importers / large buying houses / agencies / distributers of formulations, APIs and all other related sub-sectors.
Please note that recommended business visitors need to register online (www.iphex-india.com). It is mandatory for all recommended overseas visitors/buyers to register online.
Pharmexcil will be taking care of final selected list after a due process of screening for to and fro economy class airfare (full/partial)/reimbursement (as per set limits) and accommodation subject to the limits fixed with the support of Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
Members are invited to suggest/recommend names to ensure genuine and potential business visitors. Preference will be given to
· Potential buyers who have never attended IPHEX.
· Buyers who may have participated in earlier editions and have done good business.
Further, there is no restriction on the number of recommendations but the selection will be limited as per the screening committee’s decision and also on the size of stalls taken by the members.
Please take this opportunity to make the best out this event. Please participate as exhibitor, in case you have still not booked your stall/space and recommend names to Pharmexcil for inviting buyers.
