Subject : Process of Booking Stalls at IPHEX 2026 – September 7-9,2026.
This is with reference to iPHEX 2026 – 12th International Exhibition on Pharma and Healthcare Industry, scheduled from September 07–09, 2026, organised by PHARMEXCIL in association with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Reference to our circular No. PXL/ HO/ Cir – 100 / 2025 – 26 dated December 02,2025, we would like to inform you that the process of space booking for iPHEX 2026 commenced in December 2025, providing existing participants the opportunity to retain their previous locations as well as indicate any requirement for larger space. Based on the inputs received from members, stalls have been allotted accordingly. The list of confirmed participants for iPHEX 2026 will be available on the official website ie www.iphex-india.com
Members interested in booking stalls at iPHEX 2026 from the available inventory are requested to reserve their space through the Google link provided below, which will be activated at 9:00 AM on February 20, 2026.
You are requested to carefully review the available stall layout, identify your preferred stall numbers, and indicate the same in the Google Form. Based on your preferences and subject to availability, stalls will be offered accordingly.
Please note that stall allotment will be made strictly on the basis of space availability and the specific requirements indicated by the companies. Members are requested to remit 100% payment towards stall booking on or before February 26, 2026, in order to avail the applicable participation charges
