Subject: Opportunity for Collaboration with Russian Company M/s. JSC “UralBiopharm” – Import Requirement & Partnership Interest
We would like to bring to your kind notice that Pharmexcil has received a communication from the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India regarding opportunities to foster productive bilateral cooperation in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medicines, and medical equipment. This initiative aims to facilitate direct interactions between Russian and Indian companies.
In this context, a Russian pharmaceutical company — M/s.JSC “UralBiopharm”, one of the leading manufacturers of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms in Russia with over 80 years of experience — is currently exploring possibilities for importing the following substances from India:

Nitroxoline – 1000 kg

Potassium aspartate – 5000 kg

Magnesium aspartate – 5000 kg

Activated Carbon – 50,000 kg
In addition to the above procurement requirements, M/s. JSC “UralBiopharm”is also considering potential investment collaborations with Indian partners in areas of mutual interest, including localization, joint ventures, and technology exchange.
