Subject: Members with Zero Exports -Submit CA Audited Statement

Members are kindly aware, Pharmexcil with the support of commerce ministry has been carrying out several export promotion measures including enhancing limit of MAI reimbursement from Rs.50 lakhs to Rs.2 crores and many components like reimbursement for BA/BE studies, plant inspection, barcode installation and quality certifications, for Large and MSME were also included and which has resulted in increased product registrations across the globe and export of pharmaceuticals from India have also grown by 10.72 % at USD 19.13 bn during the 2018-19.

Pharmexcil Inline with the thinking process of the commerce ministry to further encourage startup companies and small scale exporters with zero export turnover/nill turnover contemplating to reduce the existing membership fees and keep it at bare minimum/nominal charges.We are confident this measure of Pharmexcil will be of great support in facilitating growth of exports and also in sustainable contribution by the SMEs in the longer run.

To support this initiative of  we request the exporters with zero/nil turnover to please submit the declaration from your Chartered Accountant to enable the Council to implement the decision at the earliest.
