Subject: Meeting with the Visiting Afghan Public Health Ministerial Delegation – Invitation to Indian Pharmaceutical Companies

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that H.E. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalili, Hon’ble Minister of Public Health, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, will be on an official visit to India from 16–21 December 2025, accompanied by a high-level delegation.

The visit is aimed at gaining an understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, exploring opportunities for the import of Indian pharmaceutical products, including traditional medicines, and encouraging Indian pharmaceutical companies to consider opportunities in the Public Health care systems in  Afghanistan.

In this context, PHARMEXCIL proposes to organise a meeting between the visiting Afghan delegation, PHARMEXCIL officials, and leading Indian pharmaceutical companies on Friday, 19 December 2025, preferably in the evening. The interaction will provide an opportunity for Indian companies to engage directly with the Afghan Ministerial delegation and explore avenues for trade, collaboration, and investment in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

The meeting is scheduled for Friday, 19 December 2025 (evening). The exact time and venue details will be shared with registered participants separately.

Interested members are requested to kindly register their participation by filling out the registration form at the link provided below. Participation will be limited and registrations will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to confirmation by PHARMEXCIL.
