Subject:KOREA PHARM & BIO 2026 – Expression of Interest from Indian Exporters

This is to inform you about the upcoming 16th Edition of KOREA PHARM & BIO 2026, one of the leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology exhibitions in the Republic of Korea. The details of the event are as follows:

Event: KOREA PHARM & BIO 2026 (16th Edition)

Period: March 31 – April 3, 2026

Venue: KINTEX-II, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Organizer: Kyungyong Exhibition Corporation

Supported by: Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (KPBMA), Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), Korea Drug Research Association (KDRA), and Korea Pharmaceutical Traders Association (KPTA)

Members are informed that the Embassy of India, Seoul, in partnership with the event organizers, will organize two or three focused round-table meetings focused on APIs, formulations, Biologics etc on the sidelines of KOREA PHARM & BIO 2026. These sessions would focus on themes such as the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for APIs, with the objective of attracting Korean investment into India’s pharmaceutical and API sector, while also exploring opportunities for business partnerships and collaborations.

In addition, B2B meetings are proposed between Indian exporters and Korean buyers, particularly involving mid-level procurement and sourcing professionals. To facilitate effective matchmaking, members are requested to provide a brief company profile along with details of the products manufactured or exported, which will be shared with the prospective Korean counterparts.

The proposed participants for these interactions will include:

• Korean buyers and importers of APIs, Formulation, Biologics, etc
• Indian 7 Korean Government officials

Members are requested to submit their responses by tomorrow i.e. 31^st December 2025, end of the day, as the consolidated information is required to be forwarded to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in India and Korea, as well as the FT–MEA Division, Department of Commerce.

Your response will help us coordinate with the Embassy of India, Seoul, and the event organizers for structuring the round-tables and B2B engagements.

Members are encouraged to submit their responses at the earliest. Further details will be shared with interested participants in due course.
