Dear Sir/Madam,

Members are aware that Council is authorized to issue Certificate of Origins (COOs) in case of Non-Preferential Trade Agreements.  Our Head Office at Hyderabad and Regional office at Mumbai have been issuing the COOs to the members.

We are pleased to inform the members that our Regional Office Delhi and Branch office Ahmedabad are also now authorized to issue the COOs. Members who are interested to obtain COOs from the above offices may contact the offices at:
