Subject: IPHEX 2020 –Stall Reservation- Updation of Floor Plan and reopening of few stands online

Members are kindly aware, IPHEX stall reservation has been opened on 19^th Dec.2019 for online booking of the stalls by the member companies, we are happy to note that 70% of the floorplan has been sold out and reservations are taking place at a good pace.

During this year, it has been brought to our notice that some of the stands were booked prior to the online booking. Council in this regard has taken a decision to release all these stands and will be made available for booking to all the member companies. The lacuna in the system has been rectified and steps towards strengthening the online system has also been taken.

Kindly note that the link for updated floor plan will be opened on 2^nd Jan.2020 at 11 am for reservation (the floor plan is being updated and it will not available for reservation on 1^st Jan.2020). The process of re-booking is made available to maintain transparency and to ensure equal opportunity for all the member companies.
