Subject:  Invitation for "Belarusian-Indian Pharmaceutical Forum" planned along with India Pavilion in Belarusian Healthcare / Belarus Medica & Invitation on May 24, 2023 at Minsk

Greetings from Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (PHARMEXCIL)!

With reference to the circular (PXL/HO/Cir-003/2023-24) dated 06.04.2023, Pharmexcil is organizing India Pavilion in Belarusian Healthcare / Belarus Medica from May 23-26,2023 at The Football Arena, 20/2, Pobediteley Avenue, Minsk, Belarus. 

We would also like to take the opportunity to invite the members for the ”Belarusian-Indian Pharmaceutical Forum" (hereinafter referred to as Forum) jointly organised by Pharmexcil in association with the Belarus Pharmaceutical Holdings Company  “Belpharmprom”  during XXVIII International Medical Forum “Healthcare of Belarus” during  23-26 May 2023 at 20/2 Pobediteley Ave., Minsk, Belarus.

Within the framework of the Forum, it is planned to hold seminars with participation of specialists from RUE “CETHS” on the issues of registration of medicines and medical devices in the Republic of Belarus.  A Tentative Agenda of the Forum has been enclosed for your reference. 

• Participation in the Forum as visitors is free of charge (participants independently organise and pay for travel to the Forum venue, accommodation and air travel).
• Participation in the Forum with a stand is paid – the cost of the rented space is EURO 190.00 Per Sq. Meters (Inclusive of VAT).

Furthermore, Pharmexcil would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to member companies who wish to join as a speaker during the "Belarusian-Indian Pharmaceutical Forum" and to participate in the B2B session during the forum.
