Subject: Inputs Required: Export related issues to European Union countries with respect to SPS/TBT

We are in receipt of communication from Ministry of AYUSH seeking inputs on the issues pertaining to Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures and Technical Barriers to trade, being faced while exporting to European Union.

It is informed that 12^th Joint Working Group Meeting of India –EU on SPS/TBT is taking place during this month at Belgium and Ministry of Ayush would like to take up the issues relating to Ayush and herbal products at this JWG.

Member companies dealing Ayush and herbal products having any issues cited above are requested to send their inputs to ayush@pharmexcil.com latest by tomorrow (17^th Nov.2018, 5:00 pm), to enable Pharmexcil for onward submission to Ministry of Ayush.
