Subject: India Pavilion at VIETNAM MEDI-PHARM EXPO from 3rd to 5th August 2023 at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam-Supported by MSME Ministry
We are glad to inform member companies that Pharmexcil is participating in VIETNAM MEDI-PHARM EXPO from 3rd to 5th August 2023, the International Medical, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City is a comprehensive event in health sector held annually under the support and sponsorship of the MINISTRY OF HEALTH of Vietnam and organised by Vinexad.
India’s exports to Vietnam have touched USD 260 mn during 2022-23 contributing to about 1.03% of total exports and is among the top export destinations in ASEAN region.
India Pavilion: Council offers independent stalls of 9 sq. meters each in India Pavilion, cost of which are as follows:
· 9 sq. meter stand :: Rs. 3.10 lakhs (corner)
· 9 Sqmtr Stand :: Rs. 3.00 lakhs (General)
All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture. Large Scale companies are welcome to reserve the stand in the India pavilion and participate, but the subsidy is not applicable for them. Cost includes a stand with furniture (Carpet, Wall & Fascia Information Desk, Round Table1, Chairs: 4, Catalog holder, 220V Electric outlet (under 1KW), Spotlight: 4, waste basket) , and B2B matchmaking services.
It is expected to have more than 12000 visitors and 400 exhibitors from 15 countries such as: China, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, USA, and Vietnam. National pavilions participation by Germany, India, Korea, Malaysia, Turkey.
Financial Assistance under MSME Ministry (reimbursed post event details provided below with this Circular):
· 100% Booth Cost for MSME Category company only
· 100% Economy Class Airfare for 1 person from 1 company from MSME category only
Allotment of Stalls:
With a view to make the allotment procedure easy and transparent, we made the reservation of stalls online. Interested members may please click on the following link and reserve as per your choice.

ONLINE RESERVATION OF STALLS
(The above link will open at 4.00 p.m. on 26 May 2023 only)
Please note the following terms:
a) Members can reserve stalls as per their choice, subject to a maximum of 2 stalls only. If any member reserves more than 2 stalls/at different locations, they are required to release one booking, keeping one of their choice. If no mail is received within 15 minutes of booking, Council releases booking one stall, without any notice, to enable others to reserve the stalls.
b) Payment has to be made within 10 days from the date of reservation, failing which the reservation automatically gets cancelled and it becomes open for other members to reserve.
Cancellation of stalls:
Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Reservation of stall gets automatically cancelled, if the payment is not received within the scheduled time

Exhibitors are requested to provide the copy of the Udyam Registration after the stall reservation. The Reimbursement of the above benefits is subjected to the approval and submission of the following documents in original post event to the MSME.
