This is in continuation of our previous circular PXL/HO/Cir-115/2025-26, Dtd.: 30^th Dec 2025 in which has shared a briefing about the upcoming 16^th Edition of Korea Pharma & Bio 2026, one of the leading Pharmaceutical and biotechnology exhibitions in Republic of Korea.

Korea Pharm & Bio is a premier international exhibition focused on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, APIs, chemicals, laboratory equipment, and packaging materials. It is the only exhibition officially supported by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) and the Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (KPBMA). The Korean market offers strong prospects for the supply of APIs, finished dosage formulations, nutraceuticals, and biotech products. The event is supported by the Kyungyon Exhibitions.

Cost of Participation:

We are pleased to inform you that with support of Government, Pharmexcil is offering Stalls in India Pavilion at concessional rates and the details of which are given below:

9 sq. meter stand :: 3.25 lakhs (Corner)

            9 sq. meter stand :: 3 lakhs (General)

Note:

The above cost includes minimum furniture like 1 info counter, 1 meeting table, 2/3 chairs, 1 brochure stand, lights, fascia, 1 dust bin, electricity, badges and company name in the catalogue etc.

MSME/MAI Support to the Participants:

Members may kindly note that MSME/MAI assistance for this particular event is still awaited

Buyer Seller Meet:

The Embassy of India in Seoul, in coordination with the event organizers, will organize two to three focused round-table meetings on APIs, formulations, biologics, and related areas on the sidelines of Korea Pharm & Bio 2026.

In addition, B2B meetings between Indian exhibitors and Korean buyers—particularly mid-level procurement and sourcing professionals—are proposed. Participation in both the round-table discussions and B2B meetings will be open only to exhibitors. To enable effective matchmaking, exhibitors are requested to submit a brief company profile along with details of the products manufactured or exported, which will be shared with prospective Korean counterparts.

Please note the following terms:

a)  Members can reserve stalls as per their choice, subject to a maximum of 2 stalls only. If any member reserves more than 2 stalls/at different locations, they are required to release one booking, keeping one of their choice.  If no mail is received within 15 minutes of booking, Council releases booking one stall, without any notice, to enable others to reserve the stalls.

b)  Payment has to be made within 5 business days from the date of reservation, failing which the reservation automatically gets cancelled and it becomes open for other members to reserve

The stall booking charges as follows:
 

• 9 sq. meter corner stall: ₹3.25 lakh
• 9 sq. meter general stall: ₹3.00 lakh

Non-members will be permitted to book stalls only from the following specified stall numbers

In the event that any stalls remain unbooked (within the India Pavillion) after the completion of the booking process, all unsold stalls will be opened for booking irrespective of Pharmexcil membership. Top of FormBottom of Form

Cancellation of Stalls:

Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Reservation of stall gets automatically cancelled, if the payment is not received within the scheduled time.
