Subject: "India Pavilion" at KOREA PHARM & BIo, Kintex, Goyang, South Korea from 16-18 April 2019.
We are glad to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at Korea Pharm, being held at Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), Goyang, South Korea. This is the 5th time Council is participating in the event. Korea Pharm & Bio is an exhibition focused on APIs, Finished Dosage, Intermediates, Excipients, Formulations, Biopharmaceuticals, biosimilar, natural extracts, and Health ingredients. This is the only exhibition supported KFDA and Korea Pharmaceutical Industry (KPMA). For more details, please visit their website www.koreapharm.org
About Korean Pharmaceuticals market:
Korea and India have signed CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) in 2009 for duty-free access to each other's markets. India exported pharmaceuticals worth USD 96 mn to South Korea during the year 2017-18. There is good scope for improving bilateral trade of pharmaceuticals between India and South Korea, particularly for APIs.
India Pavilion:
Council is offering independent stalls of 9 sq. meters each in India Pavilion. The details of costing and floor plan will be provided in the next circular.
All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture. (Carpet, Wall & Fascia, Information Desk, Round Table1, Chairs: 4, Catalog holder, 220V Electric outlet (under 1KW), Spotlight: 4, waste basket)
Buyer-Seller Meet at Korea Pharm:
We are happy to inform you that the organizer has assured to arrange minimum 10 Buyers from Korea and arrange One-to-One Meetings with the exhibitors participating in Indian Pavilion through Pharmexcil.
Assistance to the participants:
Subject to the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India and also other rules of MAI scheme, members whose export turnover for the previous year is less than Rs.30 crores and has one year membership with the Council, will be eligible for financial assistance to the extent of Rs.70,000 towards airfare.
We now request the members to please block their diary for this important programme. The details of the costing of Stall and floor plan is being worked out and shall be communicated at the earliest.
