We are glad to inform that Council is organizing INDIA PAVILION at ASIA PHARMA EXPO being held at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka, Bangladesh 28 February to 01 March 2020.

This Exhibition is being organized by GPE EXPO PVT. LTD. jointly with the Bangladesh Association of Pharmaceutical industries since year 2003 at Dhaka, offering an unparalleled international trade platform to the entrepreneurs manufacturing and exporting the pharma engineering machineries and pharma bulk active chemicals to explore the business with the Bangladesh pharmaceutical industry.

The local pharma market of Bangladesh with more than 300 pharmaceutical companies of Bangladesh with current exports worth USD 72+ million are anticipated to reach country’s pharma formulation exports USD 60 billion by 2021. Bangladesh has undoubtedly emerged as one of the fastest growing pharma-economy in global markets, and the momentum of growth further accelerated by 17 years long extension till year 2033 by WTO / TRIPs to continue the patented pharma formulations. More than 47 units at API Manufacturing Park are coming up near Dhaka. The Bangladesh pharma industry now `meets around 98% of the local demand for medicines, which is a milestone in the history of pharmaceutical industry.

API PARK offers immense potential for the Indian API and Pharma Bulk Active manufacturers to have Joint Ventures, Technology Tie-ups, and exports of the raw materials/pharma chemicals.

Asia Pharma Expo will complete 17 years presence in Bangladesh pharmaceutical industry, and offering an unparalleled business platform for the entire spectrum of the pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies & solution providers networking with the comprehensively all the fraternity of pharma manufacturing plant professionals along with the Regulatory, Research, Academics, and local Indenting Partners. The focused industry segments were; Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Biotech, API, Neutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Beverages, Distilleries.

ASIA PHARMA EXPO 2020 Projections:

At Asia Pharma Expo 2020, more than 670+ exhibiting companies from 32 countries across the world are expected to exhibit their latest technologies to upgrade the pharma manufacturing standards of Bangladesh to a newer height. 13,000+ trade visitors are expected for 3-days Exhibition to explore the complete spectrum of latest pharma manufacturing technologies & products. India Pavilion:

India Pavilion is being organized in 150 sq. meters. Members are offered stalls in the following sizes:

Allotment of Stalls:

Members may please click on the following links to see the overall floor plan of Asia Pharma Expo and also India Pavilion floor plan. Members may select the stall and inform us their choice and the same will be reserved, if available. Stalls will be allotted to the members on first-come-first-serve basis. Members are required to make the full payment within 10 days of making reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled. Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

Assistance to the Participants:

Subject to the approval and release of finances by Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India and also other conditions of new MAI scheme, members whose export turnover for the previous year is less than Rs.30 crores & who have completed one year of membership will be eligible for assistance up to a maximum of Rs.70,000/- towards Airfare. The reimbursement of airfare is permissible only to the Director/Partner/Proprietor of the Company (any one). MAI application & claims forms.  

Members are advised to take part in this important event and interested members may confirm their participation immediately by selecting the stalls, on or before 10^th November 2019.
