Subject: Extension of Deadline for Submission of WHO-GMP COPP Applications through ONDLS Portal

Members may recall that CDSCO, through Circular No. IT/COPP/ONDLS/2025/001 dated June 25, 2025, had announced that all applications for WHO-GMP Certification and COPP must be submitted exclusively via the ONDLS portal from July 15, 2025, and that physical submissions would no longer be accepted.

However, considering that several manufacturers are still in the process of completing their registration and document uploads on the portal — and based on inputs received from industry bodies, including Pharmexcil, regarding onboarding challenges — the government has decided to extend the deadline to August 15, 2025. A revised circular dated July 15, 2025 has been issued in this regard.
