Enroll as Eligible Voter

All the Members of Council,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Enrollment as an Ordinary Members of the Council for the ensuing Elections.
We wish to bring to the notice of members that Elections for the year 2020-2022 are due and notification for the same would be issued soon.
Member companies eligible are hereby requested to enroll themselves as “Ordinary Member’’ and cast your vote.
As per the provisions of Articles of Association of the Council, only members registered with the Council as "Ordinary Members" as on 01st April 2020 are eligible to Vote/Contest in the elections of the Council.
The eligibility criteria to become "Ordinary Member" of the Council is,

Member companies should have “Completed Three Years of Membership” with the Council.

Member companies should have paid the renewal fee* for the financial year 2020.

Member companies should have “Average Export Turnover” not less than the amounts mentioned below, supported by a Chartered Accountant /Company Secretary Certificate with UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number).
Small Scale Industries

Non-Small Scale Industries

Rs.25 (twenty five) lakhs or more

The eligible companies are hereby requested to enroll as voters and submit online the copies of the Certificate of Export Turnover from a Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary with UDIN (Annexure-I), along with a covering letter on or before 21st September 2020 to enable Council to verify the data and update the list.
