With reference to our notification for Election to 15 (fifteen) seats of Committee of Administration for the year 2020-22 dt: 14.11.2020, we would like to request you to use the following link to provide the following data which can be used strictly to send Ballot Link and OTP on or before 23rd November 2020.

Please note the following:

a) Chairman / Managing Director /Executive Director/COO/ Director on Board / Partner / Proprietor of a company or firm are authorized to exercise voting. Please do not send authorizations in favour of employees

b) Ballet link will be sent to only one person authorized by you. So, please do not send additional names of authorized persons

c) Ballet link as well as OTP will be sent to both mail id and Mobile Number. If DND option is activated for mobile number, OTP may not be received. If you wish to receive OTP to mobile number, please disable DND option
