PHARMEXCIL PHARMACEUTICALS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL (Set up by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt., of India) H.O.: 101, Aditya Trade Centre, Ameerpet, Hyderabad – 500038 Tel: 040-23735462/23735466, Fax: 91-40-23735464 E-mail: info@pharmexcil.com     Ref: PXL/H.O./CIR-145/2008-09                     Date: 24/03/2009                                                               Hyderabad    CPhI SOUTH AMERICA – 26-28th August 2009     To All the Members of Council,     Dear Member,   Sub: India Pavilion at CPhI, South America – 26-28th August 2009   We are pleased to inform that Council would be participating in CPhI, South America, which would be held during 26-28th August 2009 at  Transamerica Expo Center, Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Council will be organizing India Pavilion by taking 225 sq. meter space.     We have received a good response from the members during our participation in 2008.  In view of huge demand for this event, we   are providing Common Space also in the Pavilion, for the benefit of small exporters.    Cost    All the stalls are of 9 sq. meter size and cost would be Euros 370/- per sq.meter which include overall designing of the pavilion, minimum furniture, cleaning charges, insurance, electricity etc.  Cost of Common Space is Rs. 1.50 lakhs per member.   Allotment of Stall:   Allotment will be made on first-come-first serve basis. Interested members may select the stall and inform us, which will be reserved subject to availability and receipt of 50% advance amount.    Members may click the following links for floor plans:   CPhI South America India Pavilion   (Members may please note that the stall Numbers as mentioned in the ‘India pavilion’ floor plan are correct one and the same will be replaced in the CPhI website soon)     Payment:   50% of the payment has to be made along with reservation and balance has to be made on or before 31.5.2009.        Cancellation:   Members may please note that cancellation of stall booking will not be allowed.  If the member fails to make the balance amount towards their reserved stall on or before 31.5.2009,   advance amount paid will be forfeited and stall will be allotted to other interested members, without any further notice. Advance amount paid will not be returned at any cost.     MDA:   Subject to approval of our application by Govt. of India and as per the guidelines of MDA scheme, members whose export turnover during previous year is not more than Rs.15 crores and who has one year membership with the council are eligible for Market Development Assistance to a maximum extent of Rs.1.80 lakhs towards stall rental charges and to and fro economy class airfare.    Members are advised to take advantage of participating in this very important exhibition and explore markets in South American regions.       Thanking you,     Yours sincerely,       DR.
