At the outset, we thank the members for their continued participation in India Pavilion organized by Council at CPhI Worldwide. As in the last thee years, we are participating in CPhI 2009 to be held during 13-15th October 09 at Madrid, Spain.
Highlights of the Indian Pavilion
v All the halls at Spain are in the same level and India Pavilion is at hall No. 5
v The minimum space to be booked by the exhibitors outside our Pavilion is 20 sq.meters (shell scheme) and 30 sq.meters (bare space). However, in our Pavilion minimum stall size is 12 sq.meters and common space for 8 small exporters.
v One stall of 36 sq. meter is reserved for Common area for the benefit of small exporters.
v Cost of the stall in India Pavilion is less by about Euros 100 per sq.meter (Shell B stall cost of organizers is about Euros 591 + VAT + insurance + Electricity per sq. meter while cost our stall in India pavilion is Euros 585 per sq. meter all inclusive.
v All the stalls in India pavilion are so designed that each and every stall will have two sides open.

Cost of the Stall:
Independent stalls:
Cost of a furnished stall is Euros 585 per sq. meter. The cost includes VAT, minimum furniture in the stall, electricity, insurance etc.
Common Area:
One stall of 36 sq.meters is allocated for common area, which will be allotted to 8 members. Cost of common area is Rs.1.75 lakhs per member.
Members who are interested to participate in CPhI Worldwide, Spain, 2009 may kindly block their stalls by sending the stall reservation form as per the format (click here), along with a cheque/demand draft for Rs.2,00,000/- drawn in favour of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council, payable at Hyderabad/Mumbai, on receipt of which the stall will be reserved. This amount will be adjusted in the final amount to be paid by the member. Members may please note mere sending an e-mail or fax asking us to block stall will not be entertained, unless advance payment is received.
Members who are interested to take Common space, may please send full payment of Rs.1,75,000/-.
Allotment of Stall:
Allotment of reserved stall will be made on receipt of balance payment, which has to be made on or before 31.5.2009. Payments will be accepted up to 30.6.2006 with a penal interest at 18% p.a.
Cancellation:
Members may please note that cancellation of stall booking will not be allowed. If the member fails to make the balance amount towards their reserved stall on or before 31.5.2009, advance amount paid will be forfeited and stall will be allotted to other interested members, without any further notice. Advance amount paid will not be returned at any cost.
Benefit under MAI/MDA:
Subject to approval of our application by government of India, all the members participating in this event by taking independent stalls may get financial assistance up to Rs.1.00 lakh and members in Common area may get financial assistance of Rs.80,000/-
