Sub: Business Delegation to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan (9th March to 18th March 2015)
We have pleasure in informing you that PHARMEXCIL proposes to mount a Business Delegation to CIS region i.e.Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan (subject to confirmation from our Missions) in these countries. The delegation is proposed to these countries as an approved activity under the MDA activity of the Council.
Export figures of these 3(Three) countries from India for the last three years are given below for your kind information and to assess the export potential in these countries.

Members may kindly note the following important points:

Members need to participate in delegation to allthree countries among the destinations as mentioned.

Other details like venue etc will be communicated to interested members in due course.

Accommodation will be arranged by the Council on the basis of recommendation of our Missions abroad (Hotel tariffs will be informed shortly and payment to be made by participating members directly).

Members participating in BSM should forward their confirmation along with an advance non-refundable commitment/ fee of Rs. 40000/- (Rupees forty thousand only). This is a non-refundable amount and can be refunded only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.

Interested members may send their confirmation along with the payment via DD in favour of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council, payable at Hyderabad) by 15th January 2015.
Assistance under MDA Scheme:
Members whose export turnover during previous year are less than Rs.30.00 crores and are having one year membership with the council are eligible for MDA subject to the other guidelines of MDA scheme. For eligible members, 100% economy class excursion airfare will be reimbursed, subject to a maximum of Rs. 70,000/- Seventy Thousand per company. Interested members may send their Company Profile along with the name of the delegates & other details as per Application form Enclosed.
