Subject: BSM-CUM-Expo in Yangon, Myanmar followed by BSM in Vietnam and Indonesia (10th Jan-21st Jan 2018)
Kindly refer to our circular dt: 29th Nov.2017on the above subject and in continuation to the above, we would like to inform that PHARMEXCIL in association with SEPC is organizing Expo Cum BSM in Myanmar (11-13 Jan 2018), followed by BSM in Vietnam (14-16 Jan 2018) and Indonesia (17-20 Jan 2018) during 10th to 21st Jan 2018.
DELEGATION FEE:
The cost of the participation/Delegation fee for all the three countries (Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia) is kept at Rs.75,000/- which includes the following:
§Furnished 6sqmtr Stall at Myanmar
§BSM arrangements at Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia
§Meetings with Local trade associations & Government Agencies in all the three countries
Members confirming their participation has to participate in all the three countries and participation in any one country is not permitted as per the provisions of MDA Scheme. This amount is refundable only if the event is cancelled/postponed due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.
Interested members are requested to send the payment details along with Company Profile joining the Expo cum Delegation. A copy of the company profile format is attached for your information.
The venue for Expo cum BSM at Myanmar is Hotel Melia and the address of the Hotel is: Hotel Melia, 192 Kaba Aye Pagoda Road, Township, Yangon 11201, Myanmar (Burma). The venue details for Vietnam and Indonesia will be shared soon on hearing from SEPC.

VISA INFORMATION:
§Myanmar- E visa can be availed by member companies
§Vietnam: On arrival visa facility with Invitation
§Indonesia: On arrival visa facility can be availed.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
· Members whose export turnover during the previous year is less than Rs.30.00 crores and having one year of membership are eligible for MDA subject to approval and release of funds from the Government.
· In this case, economy class excursion airfare will be reimbursed, subject to a maximum of Rs.0.50 lakhs per member per company.
· Members are requested to submit the MDA application form 15 days prior to the event commencement.
We request member companies to kindly confirm their participation with the commitment fees of Rs.75,000/- and the duly filled-in delegation form not later than 16th Dec.2017.
