We wish bring to the notice of Members that DGFT has issued a notification including Iran under para 2.35 (b) of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, vide Notification No. 17 (Re 2013)2009-2014).  As effect of this notification, exports made to Iran, where export proceeds are realized in Indian Rupees, are now eligible for all benefits available under Foreign Trade Policy.  Members may take note of this notification and avail benefits.
