Dear Member,
Subject:Workshops/Webinars for implementing barcoding as per DGFT guidelines.
For ease and convenience to comply with the DGFT mandate, GS1 India will facilitate implementation of barcoding on tertiary and secondary level packaging. The schedule of organizing barcode implementation workshop as per DGFT mandate is as below:

Mumbai on 17th Dec’12: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm

Ahmedabad on 19th Dec’12: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
Besides the above, the online training will be organized through webinars for the convenience of the Pharma Exporters.

The training will cover the followings:

How to allocate and manage product coding using GS1 Company Prefix allocated to you
-
How to print GS1 barcodes correctly on secondary and Tertiary level packaging.

Common barcoding mistakes and how to avoid them
Note: Payment of Rs.225/- per person ( inclusive of taxes) shall be levied towards participation in the workshop. Payment should send thru DD/Cheque drawn in favour of ‘GS1 India’, payable at Delhi.
