ELECTION NOTIFICATION FOR THE POSITION OF
VICE CHAIRMAN OF COUNCIL FOR 2018-2020

Dear Sir,
As decided in the meeting of Committee of Administration held on 18th June 2018 at Hyderabad, Notification is hereby issued to call for nominations for the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee of Administration for 2018-2020.
Eligibility:
a) The Contestant should be an elected member of the present Committee of Administration
b) The company represented by the Contestant should have an average export turnover of Rs. 100 crore for the last preceding 3 (three) years, as per Article 4.2 (b) of Articles of Association

Procedure for submitting Nominations:
Eligible members who are interested to contest the election may send their Nomination Form as per enclosed Format. The Nomination form must be sent in sealed cover duly subscribing on the top of the cover "NOMINATION FOR ELECTION TO THE POST OF VICE CHAIRMAN to the Council's Head Office located at 101, Aditya Trade Centre, Ameerpet, Hyderabad - 500 038, by Hand delivery or by Registered Post / courier so as to reach the Council's Head Office on or before 28th June 2018 by 1730 Hours. Nomination received after the due date and time shall not be considered. Those nominations which are not in accordance with the prescribed format shall be treated as invalid.
Withdrawal of nominations:
Withdrawal in the prescribed form must be received at the Head Office of PHARMEXCIL at Hyderabad on or before Tuesday, 3rd July 2018 by 1730 Hours.
