Elections to the Committee of Administration -
Enroll as Eligible Voter

All the Members of Council,
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to the notice of Members that Elections to the Committee of Administration & Vice Chairman are scheduled to be held in the month of April 2018. Schedule of Elections will be notified soon.
Meanwhile, we invite all the eligible members to enroll as voters. A list of members who have already enrolled as eligible voters / contestants in the elections is attached (Annexure I). Please click here to see the list of members who are eligible voters / contestants. It may be noted that some of the members listed as eligible voters have not authorized any person to exercise voting on behalf their companies. Such companies are marked in red colour and with # marks. We request those members to complete Part B of Annexure II and return us on or before 5th March 2018
Kindly note that if we do not receive the requisite form before 05.03.2018, electronic ballot will not be sent though such companies are eligible to vote.
Eligibility criteria:
Members whose average export turnover during 3 financial years is Rs.10 (ten) lakhs or more in case of SSI exporters and Rs.25 (twenty five) lakhs in case on non-SSI exporters are eligible to vote in the elections. Such members should have been a member of this Council for 3 years.
Members whose names are not appearing the attached list (Annexure I) and wish to enroll as voters, may complete the attached Annexure II and return to us on or before 5th March 2018 to enable us to verify the data and update the list.
