Subject: Important Public notices no 34, 35, 36 and 37 issued by DGFT, New Delhi.

We have pleasure in informing our member-exporters that few Important Public Notices have been issued by DGFT, New Delhi regarding One time relaxation in Export Obligation Extension in Advance Authorization, EPCG, etc.

It is brought to the notice of our members, as these Circulars are very important for member-exporters who would like to avail the opportunity to regularise their export obligation etc under various Export Promotion Schemes.

The Public notice issued by DGFT are given below for the ready reference of our members:

1. Public notice no 34/2015-20, dated 24th October, 2017 - "Onetime relaxation for Export Obligation (EO) extension and clubbing Advance Authorisation - reg".

2. Public notice no 35/2015-20, dated 25th October, 2017 - " Onetime condonation of time period in respect of obtaining block-wise extension in Export obligation period under EPCG Scheme".

3. Public notice no 36/2015-20, dated 25th October, 2017 - " Onetime condonation of time period in respect of obtaining extension in export obligation period under EPGG Scheme".

4. Public notice no 37/2015-20, dated 25th October, 2017 - "Acceptance of installation certificate under EPCG scheme by the RAs wherein installation certificate is submitted beyond 18 months".
