Applications for Reimbursements under MAI scheme for 2015-16

Dear Sir/Madam,
Members are aware that Government of India reimburses part expenses incurred by the exporters towards Product Registrations in overseas countries, travel and stay expenses of Plant Inspectors etc., under MAI scheme for the current as well as previous financial years.
Last date for submitting claims pertaining to 2015-16 is 31st December 2017. Members may note that any claims receiving after the above date will not be entertained and rejected without any intimation. It is observed that some of the members keep filing the claims on the last date without any supporting documents and we are finding it very difficult to process such claims and meet the dead lines prescribed by Ministry of Commerce. Members are advised to submit claims well in advance with complete documents.
