Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to bring to the kind notice of the member companies that Pharmexcil has issued Circular requesting eligible member companies to enroll themselves as “Ordinary Member’’ and cast your vote.

In continuation of our Circulars dt: 21.August and 21.Sep.2020 on the Voter Enrolment, we have observed that only 310 companies (about 6 to 7 % of the total membership) have enrolled themselves as Ordinary Members/Eligible voters, which is low and not very encouraging.

The aspect of the lesser percentage of Voter enrolment and difficulties pertaining to data submission has been discussed during the 79^th Committee of Administration (CoA) meeting held on 17.Sep.2020.

Subsequent to the discussions, Pharmexcil in order to encourage wider participation from the Ordinary member companies and enrolling themselves as the eligible voters, Self-declaration of Export Turnover on the company’s letterhead is considered for enrolment online as Eligible Voter.
