SUBJECT: IPHEX-2019: Booking open for 7th Edition 10th-12th April 2019 – Helipad Exhibition Ground, Gandhi Nagar, India

Very few exhibitions related to Pharmaceuticals and related healthcare sector have reached a level within six years of its existence.

IPHEX has been a successful journey only because of overwhelming participation of all stakeholders and in particular our valued members. The journey has begun and collectively we need to move towards greater heights. IPHEX being one of the major initiatives of Ministry of Commerce and Pharmexcil strives to take Indian pharma and healthcare sector to next level of recognition. It would be possible only if you all would continue to patronage this event. 

This is the only exhibition where all Indian Embassies and Missions actively participate to provide valuable support by inviting Regulatory officials recommending overseas buyers/manufacturers besides sharing the details of IPHEX extensively at various forums with which they interact regularly.

As matter of fact, you will be pleased to know that IPHEX-2018 had over 700 overseas delegates from 120 countries besides about 35000 visitors from all across the country.

You are aware that as a matter of policy to organise IPHEX in different states with an objective to provide an opportunity to all the major pharma states a better participation, we are organising the seventh edition of IPHEX with many new innovations and value additions, at Helipad Grounds, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat during 10-12th April 2019.

 OVERSEAS VISITORS PROFILE:

To create business opportunities we would be inviting over 700 business visitors in addition to regulators from all over the world. The following profiles are expected:

·   PHARMA ASSOCIATIONS

STALL RESERVATION:

With an objective to provide equal opportunities and a greater ease of access, stall booking will be done online for better transparency.

Members registering and blocking the stall will get a username and password for the online communication.

·   Minimum made up stall will be of 9 sqms.

·   Members would be able to book adjacent stalls in case of additional space required. (This option will only be limited to stalls of 9sqm.).

·   All the bookings will be made on first come first serve basis.

·   Further correspondence related to vendor forms, exhibitor badges, catalogues, payment and invoices has to be done in the online module for smooth functioning and synchronization.

·   Computer generated invoice will be available immediately after reservation.

·   The initial booking amount i.e 50 % of the total amount to be paid within 10 days after the stall booking. (failing to the payment terms may lead to release of stalls without prior notice. The detailed payment terms will be displayed online.

Note: Members/group companies are required to refrain from blocking stalls at various locations in different company names.  Council exercises its right to release such bookings, without any notice to the members, unless a written confirmation is received from the members stating that they wish to exhibit in all the locations reserved by them.

The overall floor plan and individual hall plans would be available for online booking from 1st November 2018. Online booking will open at 2.00PM on 1st November 2018.
