Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: India Pavilion at KOREA PHARM, Kintex, Goyang, South Korea from 14-17 April 2020.

We are glad to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at Korea Pharm, being held at Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), Goyang, South Korea. This is the 6^th time Council is participating in the event. Korea Pharm is an exhibition focused for APIs, Chemicals, Laboratory and Packaging materials. This is the only exhibition supported KFDA and Korea Pharmaceutical Industry (KPMA). For more details, please visit their website www.koreapharm.org

India Pavilion:

Council offers independent stalls of 9 sq. meters each in India Pavilion, cost of which are as follows: 

§  9 sq. meter stand        ::      Rs. 2.50  lakhs  (corner)

§  9 Sqmtr Stand              ::      Rs. 2.45  lakhs  (General)

All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture.

Financial Assistance under MSME Ministry (reimbursed post event details provided below with this Circular):

§  Rs. 1.25 lakh against Booth Cost for MSME Category company only

§  100% Economy Class Airfare for 1 person from 1 company from MSME category only.

§  Rs. 25,000 of Freight Cost against shipment of Exhibit sample to be displayed in Exhibition.

The branding and facilities will be as same like before to PHARMEXCIL and to the exhibitors.

(Carpet, Wall & Fascia Information Desk, Round Table1, Chairs: 4, Catalog holder, 220V Electric outlet (under 1KW), Spotlight: 4, waste basket)

Buyer-Seller Meet:

We are happy to inform you that the organizer has assured to arrange minimum 5 to 7 Buyers from Korea and arrange One-to-One Meetings with the exhibitors participating in Indian Pavilion through Pharmexcil.

Allotment of Stalls:

Members may please click on the following links to see the overall floor plan of Korea Pharm and also India Pavilion. Stalls will be allotted to the members on first-come-first-serve basis.  Members may select the stall and inform us their choice by email to dd.smk@pharmexcil.com.  Members are required to make the full payment within 5 days of making reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled. Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

Financial Assistance to the participants through MSME Scheme:

Please note the Benefits for the Exhibitors in KOREA PHARM & BIO 2020 as per the MSME IC Scheme Guidelines subject to approval by the MSME Ministry.

The Reimbursement of the above benefits is subjected to the approval and submission of the following documents in original post event:

• Copy of the UAM (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum)
• Does your company belong to North East Region
• Does your company Management / Promoter belong to SC / ST / Woman. If yes, please specify?
• If your company has availed MSME IC Scheme subsidy in the past, please specify the events in the 2 years:
• Copy of the e-ticket with price. (after the exhibition)
• Original copy of the Boarding Passes entire journey (after the exhibition)
