Subject: Call Centre set up at Mumbai Zonal Office of Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
We are pleased to inform our member-exporters that Mumbai Zonal Office of Directorate General of Foreign Trade, has started Call center to help exporters & importers.
The Call center was inaugurated by Shri Alok Vardhan Chaturvedi, Director General of Foreign Trade on 21st June 2019 with a view to help exporters & importers and to promote initiative of ease of doing business.
The main purpose of the Call center is to address the doubts / queries/ questions of the exporters and importers. A specially trained officer is designated to give information regarding foreign trade policy and queries regarding International trade.
