Exhibition-Pharmexcil Pavilion at BioAsia 2013

As members are aware, Pharmexcil is taking part in the BioAsia 2013 by reserving a Pharmexcil Pavilion for Pharmexcil members. Members interested in marketing their products in Pharmexcil Pavilion are requested to register with Pharmexcil. We are pleased to inform that with the support from Department of Commerce, we are offering discounted rate for our members and the details of the costing are as follows;

Cost of the stall:

Cost of the 9 sq.mts stall will be Rs. 1,00,492 (One lakh four hundred ninety two rupees only) which includes Service tax, cost of space, modular booth shell with sign, carpet, one table, two chairs, 2 spot lights, a fascia & a 15 amp electric 2 points.  Any additional requirement can be provided on actual payment base.

International Reverse Buyer-Seller Meetings

We are inviting around 40 potential importers/ traders/ FDA officials/Associations/Consultants from India’s top 50 export destinations dealing with BioPharma, Medical device, Diagnostics to participate/interact/trade with the Indian Industry. We will be organizing One-to-One business Meetings among the foreign delegates and Indian delegates.

Registration:

Members who are interested to participate in the above meetings are advised to fill up the Registration form and send to us on or before 18th January 2013 along with company profile as per Proforma attached and send to events@pharmexcil.com. Council sends confirmation of Business Sessions immediately after receipt of payment.

Advertisement in Catalogue

Council will be releasing a catalogue on this occasion which contains useful information like details of the participants in the meetings, drug regulatory requirements in these countries, market reports etc. Copies of this catalogue will be sent to our Embassies and overseas trade associations for their use/distribution.
