As our members are aware Pharmexcil has analyzed Indian Patent Awards in Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Sector for the Month of April 2008 and circulated the same on dt: 14.10.2008 for the benefit of our members.
Pharmexcil has now completed analyzed all Indian patents granted in the month of May 2008. Such awards have been categorized into various product groups under Pharmexcil purview viz. Bulk Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Diagnostics & Surgicals, Herbals & Nutraceuticals, and Veterinary products. It is observed there are 237 patents granted in this sector during May 2008.
