The business delegation will be visiting 3(three) countries viz. Russia, Turkmenistan and Ukraine and 4(four) cities viz. Kazan, Moscow, Ashgabat and Kiev for Business meetings with the local Pharma companies and Regulatory bodies.
PARTICIPATION DETAILS:
Members may kindly note the following important points:
· It is mandatory to participate in at least three cities.
· Destinations can undergo change/cancelation subject to our Embassy/Mission's advise in view of some unavoidable circumstances.
· Members can confirm their participation online on www.pharmexcil.comwith complete details as per given format.
· Simultaneously, members may also confirm their participation through email at romumbai@pharmexcil.com.

BSM set up and charges in all 4(four) cities

Members may please note that Delegation fees paid by them is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the amount is only refundable if the event is cancelled/postponed due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.
MAI ASSISTANCE:
Members whose export turnover during previous year are less than Rs.30.00 crores and are having minimum of one year (12 calendar months) membership with the council are eligible for MAI subject to the other guidelines of MAI scheme. Under the scheme, eligible members will be given economy class excursion airfare subject to a maximum of Rs. 70,000/- per company.
Interested members may please confirm the participation by 23rd July 2018 and send payments through DD/Cheque in favor of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India, payable at Hyderabad by 23rd July 2018. Please note that confirmation by members without payment of Participation fees is not acceptable.
