Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Workshop on "GST/IGST/ITC pending refunds & corrective steps" conducted by PHARMEXCIL on 09th March, 2018 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
At the outset, we would like to inform our member-exporters that Pharmexcil has been representing at various levels regarding the pendency of the GST/IGST/ITC refunds. However, we understand that common errors / mistakes committed by exporters in online submissions of GST returns etc have been delaying the process of refunds.
With a view to assist the members in understanding the various intricacies in the correction process & expeditious rectification process, Pharmexcil proposed to hold ONE DAY WORKSHOP on "GST/IGST/ITC pending refunds & corrective steps" at Ahmedabad on 9th March 2018 followed by similar workshops at Mumbai and New Delhi.
The objectives of this workshop is to understand the basic concepts & procedures under the GST Regime and to educate our member exporters with regard to ITC/IGST refund, corrections, etc in records so that match-making can be done and refunds can be expedited at the earliest.
Members may also note that Pharmexcil proposes to invite senior GST / Customs / DGFT Officials for interaction with the participation at the Workshop.
