Sub: URGENT FEEDBACK ON DELAYED REFUND OF GST

 

Member-exporters are aware of the fact that PHARMEXCIL has been vigorously taking up GST related issues with the relevant Authorities. While relief has been provided in some issues, the critical issue of our member-exporters is refund of IGST and ITC. This is being faced at the ground level and refund in most of the cases are pending.

 

In order to represent the gravity of the situation to the Government with facts & figures, it is requested to please provide us immediately the details of your pending refund claims as per the format below:

As regards Input Tax Credit (ITC), Circular dated 16th November 2017 notifies the procedure for manual filing. Please do let us know the difficulties faced, if any, with regard to filing the refund application in RFD-01A with jurisdictional authorities.
