Very few exhibitions related to Pharmaceuticals and related healthcare sector have reached a level within five years of its existence.
IPHEX has been a successful journey only because of overwhelming participation of all stakeholders and in particular our valued members. The journey has begun and collectively we need to move towards new milestones.
As matter of fact, you will be pleased to know that IPHEX-2016 had over 650 overseas delegates from 150 countries besides about 35000 visitors from all across the country.
More than as an exhibitor, we value your association with IPHEX as partner. IPHEX being one of the major initiatives of Ministry of Commerce and Pharmexcil strives to take Indian pharma and healthcare sector to next level of recognition as Brand India. The credibility earned for its affordability in most economies of the world and quality in most of highly regulated markets needs to be sustained. It would be possible only if you all would continue to give patronage to this highly reputed exhibition.
This is the only exhibition where all Indian Embassies and Missions actively participate to provide valuable support by inviting Regulatory officials recommending overseas buyers/manufacturers besides sharing the details of IPHEX extensively at various forums with which they interact regularly.
In the new innovative format with many value additions, the sixth edition of IPHEX will be organized in New Delhi at Pragati Maidan during 8-10th May 2018.

Stall Reservation:
With an objective to provide equal opportunities and a greater ease of access, stall booking will be done online with a clear and transparent process starting on 20th August 2017. A variety of stalls will be available (in terms of size) to cater diverse necessities of the industry:

ØMembers registering and blocking the stall will get a username and password for the online communication.
|
|
|
ØMinimum made up stall will be of 9 sqms.
|
|
|
ØMembers would be able to book adjacent stalls in case of additional space required. (This option will only be limited to stalls of 9sqm.).
|
|
|
ØAll the bookings will be made on first come first serve basis.
|
|
|
ØFurther correspondence related to vendor forms, exhibitor badges, catalogues, payment and invoices has to be done in the online module for smooth functioning and synchronization.
|
|
|
ØComputer generated invoice will be available immediately after reservation.
|
|
|
ØThe initial booking amount i.e 30 % of the total amount to be paid within 10 working days after the stall booking. (failing to the payment terms may lead to release of stalls without prior notice)
|
|
Note:Members/group companies are required to refrain from blocking stalls at various locations in different company names. Council exercises its right to release such bookings, without any notice to the members, unless a written confirmation is received from the members stating that they wish to exhibit in all the locations reserved by them.
The overall floor plan and individual hall plans would be available on the website on or before 15th August 2017. The online booking will open on 20th August 2017.
