Subject:  Investment opportunity in Tyumen Region of the Russian Federation - reg.

We are pleased to inform our member-exporters that on the sidelines of the recently concluded 23rd session of India-Russia Working Group on trade and Economic cooperation meeting during May 2018 in Moscow, the Deputy Governor of Tyumen Region, Russia had  evinced in setting up Joint ventures in this Region.

Towards this end, The Government of Tyumen Region has sought the assistance of Pharmexcil in this regard.

We would like to inform our member-exporters that some of major benefits offered by the Tyumen Region are as follows:

·  Providing Municipal land

·  Reduction in Regional part of income tax rate by 3%

·  Reduction in the property tax (0% for 3years from the date of commissioning of enterprise if the total investment is over 300 million Rubles.

·  Land and transport taxes 0%

·  Investment loans at 7% for 5 years
