In continuation to our Circular dt:2^nd Feb.2018 on Council’s participation in CPhi China 2018, we are sharing the floor plan of India Pavilion at CPhI China scheduled from 20-22^nd June 2018 at Shanghai, China

A copy of the Overall floor plan & India Pavilion Floor Plan is attached for your kind information.

Members are requested to send email to dd.smk@pharmexcil.com along with their stall choice for confirmation from Pharmexcil side.

Reference our circular dt: 2^nd Feb.2018, the conditions of participation are given below for your information:

Charges/Conditions:

·   Members should pay 50% advance on booking the stall and remaining 50% before 15^th Feb.2018

·   In case of non-receipt of payment by 15^th Feb.2018, 50% cancellation charges shall be paid to the Council and the cancelled space will be allotted to members in the waiting list, without notice.

·   No refund shall be made for cancellations after booking.

·   Once allotment is made, cancellation will be allowed against 100% cancellation charges only.

·   Members are requested to submit the export turnover during 2017-18 and a copy of valid RCMC certificate during the time of stall allocation.

·   Members are requested to take advantage of this opportunity and participate in CPhI China scheduled from 20-22^nd June 2018.
