Pharmexcil would like to bring to your kind attention that patent search and patent status helps the industry in planning and developing products for exports. Several times, the legal status of a patent helps the industry in exporting to a particular country. In addition to this, there is a necessity to know whether an application for patent is at national phase or not.
In connection to this, a few of the members have suggested Pharmexcil for a common facility for utilizing paid patent database “Orbit”. In connection to this, Pharmexcil is considering to provide a facility at a nominal fee and benefit the members for a specified period of time.
In this regard, we request our members to intimate their interest to use the facility. Council would like to procure the database and establish the facility based on response from members.
